I have to say that I never thought I would ever go on a vegan diet. When I was younger I know some people who ate vegan and I couldn't understand it. Btw I was raised up on a mediterran diet .The more I heard about this diet the more I got curious and when I turned 15, I wanted to try this diet out so badly. Of course I had to do a lot of Research and also convince my parents.If you want a post about how to tell someone that you're vegan, let me know.So I thought I could name some benefits I realized by going on a vegan diet. For sure, every body's is different but this diet affects not only the body but also your mindset.
Firstly what I noticed was that I have so much more energy now. I know everyone says that who is eating vegan, but it's true.Yes, I'm still tired after a long day, but I have much more power than I had before. Also my parents noticed this change. For example, once I ate dinner and an hour later I had still so much power that I had to jump rope, and I could not stop, it was so much fun and felt so good. Let's continue with my skin. I am a person who hates to wear makeup. I do not like this heavy feeling on my skin. However, I wore make-up from time to time because I had bad skin.Not pimples, but a very red-orange complexion. Sounds weird, but it's the truth. Of course, you did not quite see that because of the makeup I had on. I also have freckles, which I like very much. One reason that I started to eat vegan was obviously my skin.As I have thought, my skin is much prettier now.Almost no pimples and if I have some, they don't bother me anymore. I mean why should they? It's normal to have pimples from time to time. And my orange stains are gone. Fortunately! I'm still little bit red in my face, but not so tight and I am so happy! The fact that my skin is so much better now, makes me really fortunate. AND don't forget to mention I don't have to wear makeup any more ( I know I didn't have to wear it either before, but I wore it to feel better...)There are so much more benefits of going on a vegan diet, like the environment, the estimate of food, animals of course...
