Healthy Broccoli Pizza






Yes you've read it right. Today I am gonna show you how you can make a Broccoli Pizza (Base). It is so easy to make and tastes amazing. If you try it out, let me know. I have to say I always thought that pizza was unhealthy, but trust me this variation is not only nourishing you body it also tastes unbelievable. This dish is much better than normal pizza because there are so many delicious flavors in it. Ohh and I almost forgot, I am going to post more recipes soon since I have a lot to share. xx Valerie



What you need (one pizza):

  • one broccoli head
  • 1 cup of brown rice flour (or any kind of flour you want)
  • tomato puree
  • veggie's for the topping / spinach optional
  • dried basil and oregano


How to:
  1. First cook the broccoli head until it's soft.
  2. Mix the flour and the broccoli together and add 1/4 water. Use your hands to combine the flour, water and broccoli.
  3. Add basil and oregano. Keep aside for about 5 to 10 minutes. 
  4. Line the pizza base and bake this for about 40-45 minutes / 200 C. Probably you have to turn around the pizza once. 
  5. When it's crispy, add the tomato puree and the vegetables. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!!!
