Friday night



Sometimes I have a father-daughter kind a day and before the holidays we had one. I am so sorry I know this was months ago but who cares hahah...We played cards, went on a bike trip and enjoyed bathing in a lake near to where i live. I made him breakfast, lunch and in the evening we had a pita kind a night.
I just mixed some ingredients for a delicious light salad, added a whole wheat pita and voila our dinner was ready.

For the salad:
-corn
-tomatoes
-red onion
-cucumber
-avocado
-baby spinach

(It’s up to you how much you use, how much you want to eat)

I just baked the pita bread in the oven for like 10 minutes till it turned warm (180°) and then i opened it and added the salad.
This is just a very easy recipe, but it goes quickly and tastes so good.
