What you'll need:
- 5-6 ripe bananas
- 300g brown rice flour
- 6 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- one courgette or 3 carrots (gathered)
How to:
First, put the chia seeds into a bowl and add 7 tablespoons of water. Keep it aside for about 10 minutes. In an other bowl mix together all the other ingredients, add the chia seeds and keep the mixture aside (for another 10 minutes). Place the dough into a pan and turn on the oven (180° for 45-55 minutes). Serve and enjoy! If you place the bread into a box, it will last for about 5 days.
