Veggie Paella / Quick Recipe



Quick Recipe:


-rice of your choice (I had basmati rice)
-vegetables (I had peas, broccoli, spinach, green beans)
-tomatoe sauce
-onions, garlic, curcuma, curry, chilli, coriander

Cook the rice and meanwhile also cook the vegetables with the other ingredients.
Lastly, mix everything together and let it cook for another 5-10 minutes, so that the rice can soak up all the delicious flavors.Serve and enjoy!

Sketching




Hellooo again! I love sketching and I am so glad that I take time for developing myself every day.
Usually I sketch in the mornings before school, since I often come home only in the evening. It is such a great way to start your day, especially after a morning yoga session. Lots of people don't like to wake up early but I love it.
In the mornings I always have so much ideas and drawing also calms me, so I like sketching it in the mornings.
Since I am really into fashion I love to create designs of garments which I would like to say mine (because most of them are unavailable in stores). Hopefully I'll have more time to sew in the summer holidays and then I can fulfill my wishes. What do you think? Do you also like to wake up early and do your stuff or are you rather nocturnal?

Sweet 16



Today I just wanted to share my birthday with you. I had a marvelous day with my best friends and family and I'll show you what I was up to.
So first of all you have to know that I adore flowers. Whether they are roses, tulips or lilies. I love fall of them. Therefore, I also beautiful ones. On that day  we went to Konstanz took a day trip. Despite the long travel time, we had so much fun and strengthened ourselves with a chick-pea stew and green smoothies.Then we were on our way to the cinema. The movie 'The Point Break' was such a beautiful film, because the nature shots were so inspirational. Even though it was only half past eight I was so tired and had to go to bed immediately. To sum it up, I had a lovely day and oh before I forget, my jacket is from Zara and my small greenish bag as well. If you want to know the recipe from my birthday cake, just check out the last post.

New Calendar / 2016






First of all I would like to wish you a very nice weekend!!!
I hope you don't have too much to work and you can truly relax and do something you enjoy.
This week I received a lovely package from the online shop called Taschenkalender (http://www.mein-taschenkalender.com). They sent me a calendar for the year 2016, so this year. Hahah yes I know, it's february, obviously, buuut that's fine because I usually write down everything on my phone.
So, back to the package. Or not yet, because firstly I have to clarify some things. Actually, I'm always writing down everything on my phone (as i have already mentioned), because it it is more clear. However, I find it so nice when people have a calendar for each year and then at the end of the year they can look at them and remember how much they have actually managed. Okay, I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this way. So, I got a lovely calendar which I could even design by myself and I am more than satisfied. The sky, sapphire and arctic colors are perfect and this book is something that nobody else has, because my name is also marked on the front page. Do you like it? I am very pleased to be able to use it from now on and I can just recommend you this store.

Raw Vegan Berry Cake Recipe



I had birthday on Saturday and I turned 16.. can't believe it.. and my mum made me this stunning berry cake and I'm sure that this is going to be one of my fav desserts for good.
So here is the recipe:


What you'll need:

For the top layer:
-one banana
-1,5 cups frozen blueberries
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-6 dates
-1-2 tbs (ground cinnamon)
-fresh berries for topping


For the middle layer:
-one overripe bananas
-3 cups cashew
-1/2 cup coconut juice
-1-2 tbs (ground) cinnamon


For the base:
-2 cup almonds
-400g dates 


How to
First of all you have to cut the bananas and freeze them for at least 3 hours. Meanwhile you can also soak the cashews in  a bowl of water since this takes 3 hours as well.
So now you are ready to start. Obviously you have to form the base first. Just place the almonds into a food processor and blend them until they are crushed, then add the dates. You'll get a sticky mixture and lastly you just have to press the base into a base of a (round) cake pan und don't forget to place it into the freezer.
For the middle layer blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is very smooth and now you have to put 3/4 from this layer onto the base and freeze the whole cake again.
After 20 minutes you can finish this masterpiece. Add all the ingredients (top layer) into a blender and also  the 1/4 of the middle layer. Pour it over the middle layer and place it into the freezer for 3 hours. Don't forget to wait a little bit before serving to warm up the cake a little bit.
